Forecast says it is high in the upper 80s for temperature, which was soaring to more 91F. That was hot enough for me for just walking in open sidewalk to my car. While I was cooling off in air condition room, caught this image while sorted out some used books.

I don't know much about classic bicycle, but I tell you the truth. There is not that much anymore when people rides classic bicycle in Cleveland. By the time I got chance to see one. It's Memorial Day weekend in Cleveland. Better half and I went to mall in Great Northern Mall about 17 miles to west from downtown Cleveland. This is one of attraction inside mall they call it BIG SHOT. Well, I guess the dude needs break too.

Just passed by marquee of the Ohio Theater on Playhouse Square in downtown this evening. Its beautiful theater from era 1920s. I went to concert of Manhattan Transfer in this theater last year. It was excellent performance and I would go again when they are in town that for sure.

This is interesting to meet Mr Kringle in early May in downtown Cleveland. This plastic cast of Mr Kringle is a furniture store display with size of more 6.3". I wondered if Mr Kringle help to boost the sale up. But for the bicycle itself, I don't think that was part of display.

Krenzler Field is home for Cleveland State University soccer. The area of field which about 94,000 square feet are blanket by this white giant air-support dome with approximately of 60 foot ceiling. That really huge for a removable dome.

Sunday morning met with friends and dim sum in Tom's Seafood for $10. It is right between St. Clair Ave and E. 30 St. The place kinda pack with people who want to enjoy good food this Sunday morning. This place starting pick up a name after other restaurant around Cleveland for its dim sum.

Saw this in the park outside Cleveland area. Mentor in the Lake Park where I took this picture. The German Shepard just patiently waited inside car, no barking, no yalping and no nothing. Just sit in rear seat inside the car. That are really some dog.

One of many signages from Chinese restaurant in Cleveland. Sometimes it cheaper to grap a bite on special lunch in Chinese restaurant than Burger King. Many of Chinese restaurant in Cleveland have special lunch in their menu. Some are pack with crowd during lunch hours.

No Parking Sign | Permalink


No-parking sign was posted for Monday last month. It was for street cleaning from last Spring Snowstorm that posted on April 9 2007. The sign was laying in grass side of the street at Chinatown in Cleveland. I believe people can park their car in public streets in Cleveland for 72 hours, unless there is a posted sign.

Good Bye to Old Fulton Road Bridge | Permalink



Finally after second attempt to bring this old bridge down, Fulton Road bridge demolished to rubble. The first attempt was on Saturday April, 28 2007 wouldn't bring this bridge down for faulty charge line. The 75 years old bridge had been in bad shape for few years. It was little bit rainy right before the bridge demolished. But people were still patiently waited the action for big blast of the bridge.
