Morning Storm | Permalink

Morning storm in part of Northeast Ohio yesterday about 2 inches rain in just one hour and flooding resulted. In some part of downtown in Justice Center underground parking garage, Cleveland Metropark Zoo, Martin Luther King Boulevard and some underpasses were flood with couple cars trapped and submerged in the water. From news last night show resident in apartment in city of Parma were evacuated due to flood from this torrential rain yesterday.

Right about now I could go for a little of that rain as they expect another day of 100 + temps here.

We surely need that rain. But we are becoming a desert. Hotter than hell and dryer than a bone. I remember when we used to get rain that looked like your rain.

Nice shot. There is a quietness on the street - people have not come back out. Hasn't rained here in ages, temps +/- 100 F. So not many people on the street in downtown St. Louis, either, but for a different reason.
