It seems walking and talking are now integrate in need of connected to other or maybe it just a bit of feeling secure while walk at middle of night. Location in Intersection of St. Clair Ave and East 9th St, downtown Cleveland.

It doesn't stop there....I've seen bikers, joggers, skateboarding kids. I do like this photo, and yes, it does almost look like they could be talking to each other.
