According study of CQ Press, a unit of Congressional Quarterly Inc, with its 14th annual report for "City Crime Rankings: Crime in Metropolitan America" Cleveland is 10th most dangerous city in USA. This study is based on the FBI's Sept. 24 crime statistics report. CQ Press said, the report looked at 378 cities with at least 75,000 people based on per-capita rates for homicide, rape, robbery, aggravated assault, burglary and auto theft. Each crime category was considered separately and weighted based on its seriousness. This report really slap in the face for some cities who are in list of the dangerous city in USA. Some critic blast this report including the FBI posted a statement on its Web site criticizing such use of its statistics. Well, we'll see what city will get to this list next year.
