Pretty empty. Same here: the downtown streets are not at all busy between rush hours and they are very quiet on nights and weekends (unless there is a sports event).
Nice picture, the colors and lines are so sharp. Looks like a clean city.

I almost posted a similar shot today, but chose the freeway instead.
As I have started looking around at others photos, I have noticed Cleveland is a bit of a ghost town in comparison.
It looks like a nice clear day. You're certainly showing off a side of Cleaveland that I've never seen before.
