I don't know what happened here, but it seems there was an accident bumper-to-bumper or some collusion in traffic light intersection. I don't see any ambulance or second car in place of accident. It might happened earlier before I got here. I posted another accident about couple months back.

Isn't it ridiculous how the bumpers now come off at the slightest bump? It wasn't too long ago (less than 20 years) that cars had real bumpers, made of steel, which actually did protect your car. Sigh...

A friend of mine uses bumper of his Town Car to stop a shopping cart at a parking infront of the shopping centre. And he says what Fénix said: bumper is here to protect your car :)
It looks really funny when he does this :) And the bumper is - of course - perfectly fine after all.
