I thought for a second I was seeing double as I'd just commented on a black and white French bulldog.
If this is a pure pitbull, then it's a breed that is banned in France - you cannot import them. If you own one it has to be muzzled, by law, on the street and can never be bred. I believe the same is true in the UK (not sure tho) but of course they are imported illegally into many countries for the wicked sport of dog fighting.
I know people have them as pets in the US.

Thanks for your comment. Some of States or many counties here in US banned for a person to own this dog breed. But I also found here and there a nice pitbull.
