Oh my God! Awful weather, but lovely photo!
When Cleveland has trouble in the snow, then it is definitely a blizzard! I like the black and white version here.

Will spring never come to Cleveland? I am sitting at home Sunday morning, uploading today's post, listening to a story about your weather on the radio. The blowing snow off the top of the building on the left makes the feeling more intense.
