I like the lines. I like the idea even more - the watcher gets watched by a watcher. ;^)
Again, great composition, and I agree with Uselaine!
I, too, agree that there is the beginning of a circular argument here. This photo would remain very interesting without the photographer. The texture and shapes of the pond wall, path and tantalizing bottom of a tree make a dynamic abstraction.
I'm posting another street portrait tomorrow. I can't stop myself.
