I just got off with my better-half from Medical Center of University Hospital in Westlake. I don't know much about other waiting room in hospital, but it's so quiet here.

I like this because it is a bit invasive and daring (and maybe a little over the line). A medical waiting room is a place where you expect a certain amount of privacy. In the US, no one identifies what you are there for. From the photo's POV, I'm guessing you had the camera in your lap and were maybe a little bit sneaky about it. The Muslim cap of the man in the back gets my attention.
