Rock 'n Roll Boulevard (E. 9th St) and Cleveland Memorial Shoreway (Route 2) in downtown Cleveland after-work hour traffic.

I can't tell you how many times I saw that view on my way home from work! What a great memory.
Youv'e really captured than strange time in a city, after work, before evryone hits the bars, or pubs as we'd say here. It's a great photo, real sense of space.
I've crossed this intersection many times on my way to and from Cleveland Browns Stadium.
