An intriguing shadow that echoes the wedge of grass between paths.
Hi! I think the shadow is what makes this photo...The Shadowy Photographer, unbeknownst to the fellow on the bench...
"Bibi" forgot to add that the shadow perfectly echoes the point of the grass strip where the bench is. Great composition.
You cast a mighty tall shadow. And agreeing with bibi & USelaine, I like the wedges.
Splendid B&W self portrait, are you using a waist level viewfinder? Your previous B&W work is superb, especially like Silhouette!
Very ominous. I assume the shadow is yours - the arms and elbows are in camera posture - but setting that aside, it makes me think of the Angel of Death approaching someone on his quiet lunch hour. Love his Indians hat, BTW.
nly when it was enlarged did i see the whole image. The shadow cast seems to rise from the ground. a very surreal image.
