I notice this building have been empty for quite long time. And the sign for lease needs some fixing too.

A nice old building. I hope someone has the money and ideas to fix it.
I love the drama of this bw photo...hate to see old buildings fade away.
Quite the fixer-uper.
Even the sign on this building looks forlorn. I'll bet someone with vision (and lots of cash) could clean it up - just look at the beautiful details above the windows.
It must need a lot of work or maybe the price is too high.
More high visual drama on the streets of Cleveland. The tonality is beautiful and I love the parking meter breaking up the usual view of a building. This may be for lease but it's not ready for habitation.
Building like this lft to rot really annoy me. Hope someone see this and buys it. It's another of your fabulous B&W's capturing the
decay perfectly, even down to the sign.
